About this role
Excciting opportunity where you will have line management responsibility for a team of Account Managers and targeted with supporting them with overseeing a range of Front of House contracts for premium ground floor office building and companies in Central London.
The focus of this role is driving the performance of the reception teams on site, managing the strategic client relationships and being a senior member of the operations team driving business performance, employee engagement and being a champion of our company values.
ACCOUNT MANAGERS & TEAM
* Manage a team of Account Managers to ensure they carry out regular Client meetings and Team site visits, continuously observing service standards, driving employee development and innovations.
* Control and coordinate uniform ordering and stock taking for reception team from our preferred suppliers, helping to make our teams look great and feel great.
* To support Account Managers with managing site team, liaising with our various Business Support functions (HR, IT, Health and Safety, Operations and Finance) to ensure team wellbeing, safety and compliance is adhered to at all times.
* Driving rewards and recognition of team members through our Being Brilliant nominations and Small Decencies awards.
CLIENTS
* Build and strengthen relationships with Clients in order to create successful working partnerships
* Ensure that Clients needs are being met on each contract. Ensuring regular and professional communication with clients at all times.
* Attending monthly and quarterly Client meetings with Account Managers
* Ensure that the overall KPI targets are met for each site and escalating all concerns to the Head of Commercial Experience.
* To promote additional services and innovations that can be offered to clients to drive engagement and revenue.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Strong background in hospitality and team management, ideally from high end customer service industries, but we are open to all applications.
* Confident IT skills, particularly presentation skills
* Excellent organisational skills.
* High degree of autonomy with the passion and drive to innovate and positively influence business decisions.
* Sharing best practice and sourcing innovation.
* A team player with the ability to work closely and collaboratively with colleagues with the wider team.
* Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
