Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Kitchen Assistants & more- Sussex Area £16.50-£18.50

We are looking for Chefs to cover busy periods & ongoing bookings specifically in Private/State Schools across Sussex & Surrey.

Enhanced DBS & drivers are highly desired.

Locations include Cobham, Leatherhead, Caterham, Crawley & more.

Daily responsibilities will vary depending on your job role but can include;

• Working with head chef to maintain kitchen organisation and staff ability
• Providing guidance to junior kitchen staff members
• Supervising all kitchen stations
• Overseeing and organising kitchen stock and ingredients
• Assisting chef with menu creation
• Leading the kitchen team in head chefs absence
• Cooking and preparing high quality dishes
• Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

Enjoy weekly pay, competitive rates starting from £15.00p/h going up to £18.00p/h and opportunities of temp to perm.
