Assistant Concierge, Luxury Residential building, Central London, £ 27,500

Prime Luxury Residential development in Central London is looking for an Assistant Concierge to join their Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide a quality service to the residents and ensure individual requests are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
  • To assist with the security of residents and the building at all times, ensuring that the safety of all residents and visitors is maintained.
  • To ensure that all requests & enquiries to the Concierge Department (both in person, email and by telephone) are dealt with efficiently in a timely and professional manner on every occasion.
  • Accepting and issuing of resident's parcels.
  • To provide and receive handover information at the end of shifts, to make sure effective communication is guaranteed for the benefit of residences and colleagues
  • Ensure the safety of pass keys
  • Attend compulsory meetings to ensure efficient and effective communication within the team
  • Check the arrival and the departure reports for all visitors to anticipate and satisfy needs
  • Carry out ad hoc requests as directed by your line manager
  • Comply with safe working practices as laid down under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Companies health and safety policies
  • Report any issues in the building, plant or equipment to maintenance teams
  • Attend statutory fire training, and to be fully conversant with and abide by all rules concerning fire and health and safety


Person Specifications

  • Background from 4/5* hotel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Immaculate grooming
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Driven by offering a 5* level of customer service with a passion for excellence
  • Conscientious and a positive attitude
  • Able to deliver high standards of customer service with a personalised touch
  • Confident and calm under pressure
  • Flexible to commit to working hours to meet the demands of a 24 hour operation
  • Great team player within a dedicated and passionate team


Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience within 5* hotels and/or luxury residential properties


Desirable

  • Additional languages would be beneficial
