About this role
Are you an experienced Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant who has experience of working with individuals who require Complex Care/Support?
We are currently recruiting for Mental Health Support Workers who:
- Have worked a minimum of 6 months with recent experience working within Health and Social Care,
- Experience with; Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Autism, Complex behaviours, Mental health and Challenging Behaviours.
- Providing Personal Care, Administering Medication, Lone Working or working part of a team.
- Have a passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives,
- Be able to travel via own or public transport in local and surrounding areas to your home,
