Are you a skilled Property Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in Manchester? We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to join our team and manage our diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties in Manchester.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintenance standards.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
• Manage lease agreements, rent collection, and financial records accurately.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management, ideally within both residential.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
